Our aim at Yogi Kids is to encourage and nurture a peaceful mind, a healthy body and a creative spirit. Yoga means ‘union’ and works on bringing all aspects of our self into balance. Research shows that kids learn best with a multi-sensory approach, using kinesthetic, visual and aural learning. This makes yoga an ideal learning tool. Here are just a few of the many benefits:
