Clare Etherton

Clare EthertonClare is passionate about Yoga. She has a strong background in creative movement, having studied dance at the Royal Academy of Dance in London and attained a first class BA honours degree in Dance Studies from Surrey University. Clare delights in exploring the ways we move, the patterns we hold in our bodies and how we can use these to encourage acceptance, transformation and growth.
Clare is a 200hr yoga alliance accredited teacher, a graduate of Samadhi Family yoga and Rainbow Kids Yoga teacher trainings. She has also trained in Restorative yoga and yoga for pregnancy and currently teaches for Prana yoga and Whispered Secrets.

Clare loves sharing her ongoing enquiry and curiosity about movement and yoga and has run a number of professional development trainings for Auckland Kindergarten Association.
