Upon acceptance of class placement, I agree to these terms and conditions:

I understand that yoga includes physical movements, as well as relaxation. Kids yoga involves partner and group poses, as well as yoga games, and as is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury cannot be entirely eliminated.

Yoga is not recommended under certain medical conditions. I agree that I alone take responsibility to decide whether my child is fit to practice yoga. I also understand that supportive and encouraging touch, massage, and group interaction is an integral part of this class.

I therefore agree to waive any claims that I and/or my child may have hereafter against Yogi Kids with regard to the above.

In unforeseen circumstances beyond Yogi Kids control, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel classes. Should such a situation arise, we will do everything within our power to notify you with minimum inconvenience and reimburse you for a cancelled class.

Please ensure your child is wearing comfortable clothes and drinks plenty of water before and after the class. It is recommended to avoid eating heavy foods for 2 hours prior to yoga practice. However, light snacks are fine.
