Learn how to co-create exciting, educational adventures with your tamariki using dynamic, beneficial yoga poses! Discover how to creatively modify fundamental poses to become manifold creatures, forms of transport, nature and objects. 

Experience Story Yoga journeys to Africa and Hawaii, meeting many favourite land and sea creatures along the way! A hugely fun, hands-on professional development workshop for educators, yoga teachers, storytellers and caregivers of children aged 3-9+years. Includes breath awareness and relaxation.

Yogi Kids offers multi-sensory, holistic learning at its finest and fully supports all five Te Whāriki curriculum strands. Children’s yoga can reinforce literacy, problem-solving, cultural knowledge and numeracy. 

Workshop presenter Michaela Sangl  is a highly qualified and experienced yoga teacher for children, teens, partner yoga and adults integrative yoga with a formidable background in performance and the arts.
